Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and innovative international insurtech company. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of five to eight years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant with proven experience of supporting C-suites in a banking and financial services environment
- Strong ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project)

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
As the Executive Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting members of the Executive Committee by providing top-notch administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries and calendars for senior leaders, coordinating meetings, assisting with travel arrangements, and performing general office duties. You’ll also be involved in onboarding new team members, liaising with cross-functional teams, and planning office events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing a full range of secretarial support including coordination on travel arrangements, organising meeting schedules, and preparing internal and external documents
- Managing diaries and calendars for senior leaders
- Coordinating meetings and invites/rooms/virtual meetings
- Supporting leaders and new team members onboarding and troubleshooting
- Performing general office duties including reception services, invoices, courier services and ordering supplies
- Being a point of contact for any general office and/or facilities related matters
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including HR and IT to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding
- Working with social committee to plan events/welfare and champion culture within the office
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings at least five to eight years of experience in a similar role. You must possesses strong multitasking abilities to complete various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
