The Opportunity We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide confidential, high‑level professional support to our Chief Operating Officer and an Executive General Manager. Based at our Collins Street office, this role is pivotal to the effective operation of the executive function and requires a polished, proactive EA who operates with discretion, sound judgement and absolute professionalism. This role goes beyond traditional administration. You will act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, enabling executive decision‑making and ensuring seamless coordination across complex stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities * Provide high‑level, confidential executive support to COO and EGM leaders * Proactively manage complex, frequently changing calendars across multiple time zones * Coordinate internal and external meetings, including executive forums, leadership meetings and client engagements * Prepare, review and format executive‑level reports, briefings, presentations and correspondence * Act as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internal and external * Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism at all times * Support governance activities, including meeting papers, actions and follow‑ups * Anticipate executive needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise   About You You are a polished, highly organised career Executive Assistant who thrives in fast‑paced, senior environments. You take pride in delivering a professional service, are detail‑driven, and are known for being one step ahead.
