As we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and leadership team in driving our business forward.
Location: St Neots (with travel across the UK and overseas as required)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility as needed)

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Background in a machinery dealership, distributor, or agri-business
  • Understanding of rural sector operations and seasonal cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a pivotal role providing high-level support in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll be the key point of contact for the Managing Director, ensuring strategic priorities are actioned efficiently while managing communications, schedules, and operational needs.
You’ll be based in our St Neots office but must be open to UK and international travel depending on business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide executive support to the Managing Director and senior team
  • Manage inboxes, respond to or delegate emails, and escalate urgent matters
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally
  • Support financial admin tasks including expense tracking and budget planning
  • Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate travel logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Track progress on key initiatives and follow up on action points
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
  • Assist in organising events and trade shows
