We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team.
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operation of executive functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, helping streamline communications, manage schedules, and coordinate strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role (2–5 years).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting planning, and correspondence handling.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and folders.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and liaising with vendors.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support executive initiatives.
  • Receive and distribute mail correspondence to the appropriate parties.
  • Provide support to HR & Communications departments.
  • Assist and participate in executive meetings and special projects.
  • Participate in planning and executing company social events.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
