Responsibilities

This role will be performed in office, up to five days per week, in our downtown Dallas office.
Manage calendars - prioritizing appointments and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
Organize and schedules meetings, including contacting participants, booking rooms, ordering refreshments, and arranging for parking.
Make travel arrangements required, including managing private and commercial flights, hotel accommodation, car rental / car services, and managing/completing all travel and expense claims.
Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Be the liaison and handle all logistics for office meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials.
Help with special projects as needed.
Help produce, prepare, and collect documents, reports, and/or presentation decks for internal and external meetings.
Help support the administrative function of the legal operations.
Help with e-mail distribution list.
Be the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the executives.
Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events.
Provide event management support as needed.
Manage all aspects of organization’s office services (ie supplies, mail, etc).
