JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an organized, personable, easy going individual to join our high paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken English) and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role with strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently unsupervised as well as a team member.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
