SALESBOX, an on-Demand Sales company is looking to expand its team by adding a new Executive Assistant.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of administrative assistant experience work experience.
  • CRM Workflow management experience.
  • Must have experience in using CRM (Hubspot preferred).
  • Competency in Google Suite, Salesforce, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and WordPress.
  • Experience in working with a dynamic, rapidly changing office and providing administrative support to a department.
  • Great knowledge of office management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having a neutral accent is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Understanding the construction process is an advantage.
  • Confident in making introductions.
  • Effective multitasking, strong administrative and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach to work, team player with an outgoing personality and fast thinking, proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for email management, calendar booking, and data entry to the CRM database. You will be providing support to our managers and BDRs, assisting in daily operations needs. You will support our cruise client-facing team with day-to-day administrative support as they engage with new and existing clients. This will include keeping our CRM software updated with all our client engagement, managing schedules for the team, and helping coordinate events.. You will need to be self-motivated, be able to work on your own initiative, have high attention to detail, and be comfortable communicating with clients at all levels. Knowledge of or experience within the cruise industry would be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Hubspot CRM on a daily basis
  • Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database.
  • Ensure the CRM software is kept up to date with all client engagement activities.
  • Lead ranking and reporting
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
  • Email communication, coordination, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Timely response to clients’ emails and requests.
  • Work closely with Sales Team to provide needed sales support for all client engagement activities.
  • Provide monthly reporting on sales, KPI’s and ongoing activities of the team for senior management.
