What You’ll Do The Executive Assistant role involves providing comprehensive support to senior executives, including the SVP of Human Resources, Sr. Director of Marketing, and the SVP of the Legal Team. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to handle confidential matters, work independently, and provide exceptional support to senior executives. Job ID: 42338 Provides administrative support to executives and team. Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Analyzing data to evaluate identifiable factors and making informed decisions. Selecting appropriate methods and techniques to solve problems within generally defined practices and policies. Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Ensures that all invoices and expenses are submitted on time. Makes travel arrangements and coordinates meetings. What You Bring BS with 3+ years of experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company, customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries or MS with 1+ years of experience preferred. Strong communication and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills. Korean language fluency preferred.
