The Saskatchewan Prevention Institute is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Executive Assistant. The position is renewable upon confirmation of funding at the end of each fiscal year (April 1).
The Saskatchewan Prevention Institute is a provincial non-profit organization that works to reduce the occurrence of disabling conditions in children. Our goal is healthy children. QUALIFICATIONS
· Certificate or diploma from an accredited business college
· 3+ years of related office experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook
· Copy editing skills, with a strong understanding of grammar, spelling, formatting, and proofreading techniques
· Strong organizational and time-management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
· Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License.
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
· familiarity with medical language and terminology; and
· experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator role.
Starting Salary: The starting salary range for this position is begins at $47,000 - $51,000.
