Las principales responsabilidades incluyen: Organización y seguimiento de agenda estratégica de la Dirección Coordinación de visitas internacionales (agenda, viajes, hoteles, reuniones) Planificación y ejecución de eventos corporativos Relación con empresas del edificio (CEL) y coordinación de iniciativas compartidas Interacción con proveedores y áreas internas para asegurar el funcionamiento operativo Gestión administrativa general, incluyendo coordinación de viajes, creación de ordenes de compra y rendición de gastos de la Dirección. ¿Qué buscamos? Buscamos estudiantes avanzados o graduados recientes de carreras como: Administración, Marketing, RRHH, Comercialización o Ingeniería, con perfil proactivo, organizado y con muy buenas habilidades interpersonales.
