REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience handling confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Proven ability to manage executive calendars, coordinate communications, and prepare reports or presentations
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and supporting cross-functional teams.

    Contract length: 18 months
    Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Involved in high-level company initiatives and vision planning alongside the Executive team to support business development activities.
  • Support special projects that require research, analysis, and report writing to help facilitate desired outcomes.
  • Keeping the Executive’s calendar up to date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
  • Develop & maintain a filing system, perform duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
  • Managing confidential information, including Executive files and financials
  • Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Support various business functions as required
