JOB DESCRIPTION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/SECRETARY FEMALE ONLY

Position: Executive Assistant/Secretary

EXPERIENCE:

  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Flexible timing- will be asked to wait or assist for overtime (paid).
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks as required.
