Our client in the construction industry is excited to be looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. Successful candidates will be diligent action takers who are driven to proactively complete tasks. You will manage executive calendars, coordinate and facilitate meetings, and oversee email communications to ensure timely and effective information flow. Compensation & Hours:

  • Based in office in Lethbridge, AB
  • Monday-Friday

Position Summary:

  • Receiving instructions via phone or email and efficiently completing tasks, keeping with CEO tone and style
  • Preparing for, attending, and documenting meetings, ensuring minutes are completed and distributed in a timely manner
  • Proactively managing the schedule by ensuring tasks, deadlines, and priorities are clearly communicated
  • Providing reminders and updates for open-action items to all staff members ahead of check-in points
  • Processing and filing paperwork
  • Facilitating travel arrangements
  • Drafting documentation for internal communications
  • Completing initial research and easy to follow briefing documents for others to review

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative role
  • Strong skills in using Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Highly proficient skills in proofreading, drafting, and spelling
  • Providing proactive follow-up and accountability to senior staff on action items
  • Strong critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving ability
  • Must be highly detail orientated and organized
  • Time management skills, including the ability to work proactively
