REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve
  • Event planning or project coordination experience
    This job will be an office role with WFH options. The location of in person work may alter between our Calgary downtown location or our Calgary NE location. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support with both business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Book and manage domestic/international travel (flights, accommodations, transport)
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on meeting action items
  • Handle business correspondence and confidential documents including drafting and filing emails
  • Organize digital and physical filing systems
  • Support office supply management and vendor coordination
  • Assist with company events, presentations, and reporting
  • Personal support may include for example personal errands (e.g., dry cleaning, gift shopping, appointments), Coordinate household services and maintenance appointment, Organize personal travel and family scheduling, Assist with personal document filing and expense tracking
  • Other tasks as assigned
