Job Summary:The Executive Assistant provides high - level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, acting as a trusted partner in managing priorities, communications, and operations. This is a critical role that requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Executive SupportManage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts with sound judgement
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, transfers and accommodation
  • Prepare and screen correspondence, acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the executive (and his / her team )
  • Attend meetings, capture minutes, and track follow - up actions to completion
  • Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively manage competing priorities


  • Communication & Stakeholder ManagementLiaise professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Draft, edit, and proof communications, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion


  • Project & Operations CoordinationSupport the delivery of strategic projects, tracking milestones and coordinating cross-functional input
  • Organise and manage key events including , leadership offsites, and external engagements
  • Oversee expense management, timely and accurate issue of PO and invoice approvals, and budget tracking for the executive's office.
  • Process expenses in a timely manner
  • Processing and managing Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement effective systems
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Employees may be assigned other duties in addition to or in lieu of those described above, and any duties are subject to change at any time according to the needs of the company
