Description

We’re hiring a Remote Executive Assistant based in the UAE who can handle a mix of operations, HR, and regulatory admin. You’ll work closely with the founder to keep daily operations on track and ensure we remain compliant and people-focused as we scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage founder’s day-to-day: emails, meetings, and high-priority follow-ups
  • Submit reports and renewals for FCA, academy bodies, and Health & Safety
  • Support HR: write job ads, screen candidates, draft contracts, and monitor attendance/KPIs
  • Act as point of contact for internal HR questions and escalations
  • Help track payroll figures, onboarding files, and HR compliance
  • Keep operations smooth, documents accurate, and issues resolved quickly

Requirements:

  • Based in UAE, fluent in English, with strong remote admin/HR background
  • Great with numbers, reporting, and compliance
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or founders remotely
  • Able to self-manage and confidently navigate time-sensitive tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
