We are currently seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to support our team and founder. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and thrives in time-sensitive situations where precision and quick problem-solving are essential.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with Treatwell, HubSpot, payroll systems, and online communication tools (e.g. Slack, Zoom) is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and submitting accurate documentation for compliance, accreditation, and internal reporting.
  • Managing payroll processes
  • Handling time-sensitive communication and scheduling on behalf of the CEO.
  • Overseeing and maintaining key platforms such as Treatwell and HubSpot for bookings, training sessions, and CRM automation.
  • Coordinating stock levels and supply orders to support ongoing operations and training.
  • Logging and maintaining data on staff performance, client activity, and training sessions.
  • Troubleshooting operational issues quickly and effectively in collaboration with the wider team.
