Description

This role will support several members of the executive team with daily tasks including attending meetings, taking minutes, and leading on strategic planning processes. It will cover a remit including Executive PA Support, assisting where necessary into the Business Support Team with calendar and diary management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a conduit for anyone who needs time with HoD’s , Finance, HR, EMEA team and C-Suite - screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate . Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;

    • Organising and maintaining diaries


      • Assisting with executives throughout decision-making, programme management and initiative implementation stages


        • Understanding the specific needs of a marketing business requirements at a senior level


          • Operating as a representative for the senior leadership team


            • Dealing with incoming email, post etc - corresponding on behalf of individuals when appropriate


              • Supporting exec team with general assistance/organising catering before & during meetings, pitches, presentations etc


                • Expenses, timesheets, travel arrangements (taxi’s, flights, hotels, visa etc),


                  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings;


                    • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;


                      • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings. Taking minutes where needed.


                        • Ad hoc projects as required


                          • Personal errands as and when requested


                            • Organising events, along with the assistance of the Business Support Team, including, but not limited to ‘culture club’ events, Summer and Christmas parties


                              • Liaising with the Facilities and I.T. team regarding maintenance of meeting rooms, office facilities and set-up for agency meetings etc

                                                      Pay: £50,711.00-£70,044.00 per year
