Description
Executive Assistant Department: Admin Employment Type: Full Time Location: US (Atlanta) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 / year Description The position is an on-ramp to an operating role at the company, providing an excellent opportunity to learn the business and grow within various departments such as copywriting, project management, design, research, HR, conversion intelligence, and more. Previous assistants have used it as a stepping stone to learn the business and advance to leadership roles. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Founder in getting everything done that helps our clients and our people win. You take extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done. You may not know how, but you figure it out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting. Hard-working, organized, and with extreme attention to detail. Most importantly, you need to win! Your daily tasks will widely vary from helping us conduct research (e.g., becoming an expert on medical scrubs), scheduling meetings (e.g., figuring out ways to get the attention of the VP of Marketing at Lululemon), creative client gifts (e.g., organizing a wine blind tasting), preparing a presentation (e.g., breaking a complex problem into digestible chunks and making it visual), and running random personal errands (e.g., getting car emissions, dry-cleaning, etc.). A successful candidate would use this opportunity to learn our business and way of doing things and get promoted into a product role. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college grad (or someone smart enough to skip college!) to immerse themselves in our business, learn our methods, and grow into a product or leadership role. Key Responsibilities Get it done. Take ambiguous tasks, break them down, devise solutions, and execute them. Briefing preparation. Support the Founder in preparing for client, internal, and sales presentations and deliverables. Planning and organization. Oversee the founder’s schedule, acting as a liaison between clients and the team to maximize time for impactful activities. Personal and company errands. Handle a variety of personal and company tasks for the Founder. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Problem-solving. Expert at using the phone and Google to get stuff done. Fast learner. Can quickly become an expert in new topics and then teach everyone else. High IQ, EQ, and drive. Intellect, emotional intelligence, and motivation to excel. Feedback-driven. Eager to improve by seeking and applying constructive feedback. Curiosity. Notices interesting things and figures out why. Reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and dependable vehicle. Experience. Nice, but not necessary. We believe smart + enthusiastic > experience. Winning mindset. Can’t stop winning. Benefits Growth path. We invest heavily in training and promote almost exclusively from within. Most leaders at Spiralyze started in entry-level roles. In-demand skills. You’ll work alongside one of the most experienced experimentation teams in the world and learn how data, psychology, and creative intersect. Tech reimbursement.
