Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional support to our Executive Assistant (EA) team. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Provide administrative support to the EA team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, expenses and coordinating travel arrangements Maintain EA team documentation Assist with special projects and initiatives Provide holiday coverage for EAs, ensuring seamless support to leaders and teams during absences Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach to supporting the EA team Required Qualifications: 0 to 2 years experience in similar role Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) essential Excellent communication and time management skills Team player essential Detail-oriented Self-starter, professional and organized Able to work under pressure Tech savvy and willing to learn 'No task is too small' mentality Nice to have: Fluent in French
