Your tasks Proactive calendar and schedule management for the management team Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including tracking decisions and action items Creation of presentations, decision documents and correspondence End-to-end responsibility for front and back office, including professional reception of guests, partners and clients Identifying where action is needed, developing solutions and implementing them independently – without a long ramp-up time Active use of AI tools to automate routine tasks and optimize processes Stepping in where needed – even when it goes beyond the job title Your qualifications Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Manager or in a comparable generalist role Structured, independent working style – even when things are coming at you from all sides High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, reliability and discretion Broad operational understanding, generalist skill set and the ability to get up to speed on new topics quickly Strong IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, Google Suite and AI tools – you pick up new tools on your own Excellent German and English communication skills, written and spoken Enjoyment of being present in the office and connecting with people Your Benefits Ownership & Responsibility: at SQUER, we believe in empowering our team.
