ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to our CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is high-energy, goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate effectively within a fast-paced and resource-optimized environment, maintaining high levels of efficiency and adaptability
  • Champion the adoption and effective use of new technologies within the organization to boost efficiency, improve communication, and enhance overall productivity
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to enhance workplace productivity
  • Manage travel and expenses efficiently and accurately, ensuring they align with executive schedules and budgetary constraints.
