We are looking for an enthusiastic service minded colleague to take on the role as executive assistant Procurement at Vattenfall in Solna.
You will support the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and the Director Procurement C&S by organizing all the engagements and performing the administration in a structured way. This also includes working with the management team reporting to the CPO and organizing the international team meetings. To be successful you will need to have an high level of analytical ability, a multi-tasked manner of thinking and self-motivation. The environment to work in is exiting, but also demanding, which requires accuracy, integrity, creativity

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CPO and the Procurement Director C&S
  • Organize, prepare, and perform supporting tasks for management team meetings
  • Screen calls and emails for the CPO and the Procurement Director C&S
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for both internal and external meetings
  • Compile supplier profiles
  • Uphold an orderly system for correspondence and other documents
  • Produce presentations, general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Maintain accurate information relevant to internal meetings, committee meetings, and events
  • You may act as project manager for special projects, which can include planning and coordinating presentations and information
  • Coordinate Procurement committee/board meetings, also serve as Secretary for Business Area Procurement committee/board meeting
  • Schedule and organize events such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities
  • Act as a liaison with other departments
