Strategic Insight, Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and executive-level support to senior U.S. Navy leadership at the Pentagon. This role supports Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and requires professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Executive Assistant will perform a broad range of administrative and executive support duties, including but not limited to: * Receive direction from directors and senior personnel on classified and unclassified action items; draft responses for government review and approval, * Handle classified materials across varying security levels in compliance with DoD, DON, and security classification guidelines, * Prepare and format official correspondence, including emails, memoranda, and executive-level documents, using Congressional, DON, and DoD standards, * Track and manage director-level action items; coordinate with internal directors and external agencies to ensure timely completion and closure, * Utilize DON correspondence tracking systems (e.g., DON Tracker) to manage SECNAV, OSD, Congressional, and other external taskers, * Draft briefings, concept papers, and executive summaries by compiling and coordinating inputs for government approval, * Schedule, coordinate, and manage internal and external meetings, teleconferences, and program reviews, * Maintain official files, shared digital libraries, and records in accordance with DON records management policies * Serve as a daily liaison with Flag Officers and SES leaders, providing high-level administrative and information management support, * Process incoming correspondence, reports, and directives; maintain control systems for program office documentation, * Prepare and submit government visit requests, * Manage office supply inventories and coordinate reordering with government counterparts, * Prepare Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations, vouchers, daily binders, and executive daybooks, * Support onboarding and offboarding processes for permanent staff, rotational personnel, and visitors, * Interface with Naval Warfare Centers and laboratories to support executive correspondence related to research, development, test, and engineering (RDT&E) and acquisition programs, and * Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications * Minimum 4 years of experience providing administrative or executive-level support to management and senior leadership, * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce error-free documents, * Experience with graphical and documentation planning, project administration, program support, event planning, records management, and data entry, * Working knowledge of government travel systems, policies, and procedures (DTS experience required), * Proven experience in proofreading and editing highly technical documents for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and style, * Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and telephone skills, * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality,   EDUCATION * High School Diploma or equivalent (required) The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this classification.
