Job Description Strategic Legal Practices has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Executive Assistant with 5 plus years of prior work experience. Reporting directly to a high-performing Attorney Partner, the Executive Assistant will work independently, performing a range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide support with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization Manage and maintain sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues Prepare Work, Excel PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports and other documents for meetings Arrange travel and accommodation Answer calls and routing to the correct person/department Research, collect and analyze information as needed, in advance Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls Provide general administrative support as needed Manage a few key initiatives/projects relating to efficiencies, controls, software adoption and overall Firm operational controls Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year Qualifications: Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent research, writing, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make independent judgments and decisions based on standard office policies and procedure Effectively interact and communicate with executives, attorneys, staff, and clients Handle confidential information with discretion and practice the highest standard of ethical conduct at all times Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands Effectively prioritize assignments and meet firm deadlines, multi-task, pay close attention to detail, maintain accuracy, follow up on own assignments on own initiative, and use time efficiently with minimal supervision Preferred Education and Experience Associate degree or equivalent combination of education (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 5 plus years prior experience required We’re committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team through a robust and thoughtfully designed benefits package, including: 401(k) with Employer Match – Plan for your future with confidence and company support.
