Position Summary: We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized experienced Executive Assistant to support a dynamic group of C-Suite and Senior Leaders. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person who helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - anticipating needs, coordinating schedules & travel and ensuring every detail is accounted for. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about people support, we’d love to meet you.    Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones  * Schedule internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-ups  * Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports  * Help track key priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for executive team members  * Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders  * Draft and proofread emails, memos, and presentations  * Coordinate and organize quarterly Townhalls, collaborating with a cross functional team  * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion  * Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve executive support  * Other tasks and projects as assigned     You Bring (requirements, preferred skills): * Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience required  * 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives  * International travel coordination, highly preferred   * Experience developing executive level presentations (e.g. Board Meetings, Townhalls, etc.) highly preferred   Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:  * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail  * Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and multitask  * Proactive problem-solver with excellent judgment  * Approachable with a values-based mindset who also is a culture ambassador  * Excellent written and verbal communication   * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)  * Comfortable working independently and collaboratively  * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information  * Adaptable to change in the work environment, is a Change Agent  * Willingness to develop, is self-aware and open to feedback   We Offer You: * Full benefits package; medical, dental, vision * 401k plan * Competitive PTO accrual as well as additional wellness days * Hybrid work schedule * Work environment that harbors a culture of collaboration and community * Learning and development opportunities   You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including: * This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred * 5+ years of proven experience in office management and/or administrative roles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong experience scheduling with tools such as Teams, Zoom, and other meeting platforms. * International and domestic travel reservation systems experience, including travel Visa submissions and Passport control requirements * Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively * Strong people skills with a high degree of flexibility * Ability to be on site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week * Good attendance and punctuality * Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information * Previous experience at a Corporate Headquarters preferred You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including: * Move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time * Communicate effectively with customers through multiple forms of technology, including telephone and computer.
