  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and ensures efficient coordination of day-to-day operations. This role includes managing schedules, preparing documents, assisting with communications and meetings, and supporting departmental functions with professionalism and discretion. The Executive Assistant may also serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the COO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct administrative support to the COO.
  • Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and manage documentation including policies, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, committees, and internal/external events including materials, agendas, calendars, and communications.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files and departmental records.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the COO.
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of departmental budgets and reports.
  • Support Operations and Executive team with administrative tasks when applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
