Key Accontabilities Provide Administrative support and related services to President-Korea * Providing timely, effective diary management by prioritizing in consultation with President-Korea * Organizing meetings, workshops, and teleconferences * Coordinating business travel and accommodation arrangements * Preparing internal and external expense claims for President-Korea * Providing interpretation and translation * Coordinating communication works * Preparing presentations and documents including customer letters * Liaising with management team to schedule President-Korea’s time * Coordinating office activities   Office environment & cleaning management * People managing Admin Consultant as a supervisor * Maintaining office supplies including equipment, utensils and cleaning tools * Ordering and overseeing snack/drink and managing related expense   Provide full support for visitors * Issuing invitation letters on behalf of President-Korea * Arranging accommodations/transportations * Providing general administrative support * Liaising with hotels and travel agencies to get better corporate room rate and service   General administrative works * Answering external calls and correspondences  * Pick-up mails and handling postal matters, quick service, and FedEx, etc. * Order business card for office workers * Settlement of all related voucher (stationery, letterhead paper, mails, name card, etc.)   Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or above * At least 3 years experiences as Executive Assistant, preferably in a foreign company * Must have fluent verbal/written English skills * Must have excellence communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of sensitivity of confidentiality * Ability to multi-task effectively with an excellent sense of priority, logic and objective * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook   Preferred Qualifications * Experience as Executive Secretary, preferably in a foreign company
