T3 Performance was founded in 2009 and has since grown into one of the leading youth sports companies in the Midwest. T3 offers a variety of youth sports services ranging from performance and sports skills training to club teams and tournaments. T3 took on an investment in 2024 to help with its rapid expansion plans beyond its three locations in northeastern Ohio to other midwestern cities.

T3 is looking for an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will be a high-impact, trusted partner responsible for providing proactive administrative and strategic support. They will manage critical executive functions, streamline communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including internal and external meetings, board commitments, and investor relations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and expense reports
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations and strategic planning sessions
  • Draft, proofread, and manage high-level communications on behalf of CEO
  • Track and support the execution of key initiatives and follow-up items; act as a liaison across departments
  • Assist with data gathering, reporting, and preparation of presentations for board meetings, investor updates and executive leadership team reviews
  • Maintain and safeguard sensitive and confidential information across strategic and operational activities
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR and business development
  • Help ensure alignment across executive team members and department heads

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace

Education, Experience, Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive, ideally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
