Description
Organize and manage the calendar of the CEO and the executive team. Book meetings, summarize pre-reads and set clear and efficient meeting agendas ● Attend meetings and take detailed notes. Identify, assign and track action items to completion ● Handle communication on various channels on behalf of the CEO ● Draft letters, documents, contracts and proposals in English and Arabic to various stakeholders and institutions ● Collect product feedback from customers and third party vendors on a weekly basis though written and verbal communication ● Run analysis and produce weekly data-driven reports and insights ● Prepare and present presentations internally and externally ● Handle sensitive and highly confidential information ● Enforce company rules and regulations in the workplace ● Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO ● Organizing small, medium and large scale events ● Handle and follow up on recruitment and hiring processes ● Monitor company and team expenditure and propose optimizations ● Collect, submit and reconcile expense reports for the CEO Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university. A Master's Degree is a plus ● 2 - 5 years of experience in an administrative, project management or similar role ● Highly organized, efficient, presentable, impact-driven, and process oriented ● Tech-enabled.
