Job Description Ensures a fluid work environment within the office of the Senior Vice President and the departments they support by performing administrative and office management duties. Uses initiative and good judgment; works independently with little supervision and maintains strict confidentiality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a trusted Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our new Senior Vice President of Talent and Culture. This is a pivotal, fast-paced role where your organisation, judgement and ability to anticipate needs will make a meaningful impact every day. What you'll do: Coordinate complex, high-level diary and Outlook calendar management Take minutes when required, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow-up, utilize and drive effective, efficient use of AI tools to support Stay “executive-ready” by proactively spotting potential issues early and resolving them before they cause delays Manage a busy weekly travel schedule domestic international travel logistics. As well as operating across global organisations and familiarity of time-zones Oversee executive expense reporting and submissions Organise, check, and process executive-level approvals and financial authorisations across delegate platforms Ensure all expense reports comply with Comcast policies Prepare relevant information and briefing materials for meetings; respond to appropriate information requests from Directors and the C-Suite EA team. Ensure Senior leadership team and Talent & Culture leaders and their teams process critical items on time, including monthly closes, board submissions and budget deadlines Plan, organise, and support team offsites, events and social activities Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding actions Provide Office management and lead officed relations for engagement, planning, comms at Bedford (BBC office) Provide highly confidential administrative support, exercising strong judgement and discretion Welcome and manage visitors, ensuring a polished and professional experience Understand and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures by following establishes processes as well as training other team members Qualifications Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite or Executive Committee level leaders within a complex, matrixed organisation A confident, professional and approachable style, with the credibility to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands in a fast‑paced environment Proven experience managing complex and frequent international and domestic travel for senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones and jurisdictions Advanced IT capability across the full MS Office suite, with the agility to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and ways of working unlocking more effective ways of working utilizing AI technologies Strong experience overseeing executive expenses, ensuring accurate preparation, timely approvals and adherence to governance and policy Demonstrated sound judgement, discretion and integrity when handling highly confidential and sensitive information A strong service and care mindset for your Lead, with a proven track record of delivering work to an exceptionally high standard Experience building trusted, effective working relationships across functions, levels and geographies Ability to operate autonomously while working collaboratively as part of a high‑performing Executive Support team A genuine interest in understanding the wider business and building strong connections across the organisation Additional Information As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
