ABOUT THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity to join everplay group plc as Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO & COO. You will play a key role in supporting our senior leadership, by managing communication, schedules, and key projects as well as the plc board on an adhoc basis.
As a liaison between executives and stakeholders, you will streamline operational activity coming into leadership to expedite and enhance decision-making processes. Additionally, you will safeguard confidentiality to ensure organisational success.
We are flexible on location and this role can be based remotely or under a hybrid pattern from one of our UK locations. In either case the role will require working at times at our UK offices/studios, London and other locations, so this will suit someone with the flexibility and willingness to be mobile where the work requires it. You will be a pivotal member within the Group Team, working on a wide variety of duties across the Group.
This exciting role will provide the successful individual the opportunity to contribute across our growing business taking us to the next level of our ambition.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Maintain the CEO and CFO & COO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Proactively manage and prioritise the CEO and CFO & COO’s calendar to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO and CFO & COO, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, documents, and other correspondence as needed
Organise and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials including the Company’s Annual Report
Proactively contribute to projects
Spot and address day to day needs and opportunities as they emerge, working closely with the other members of the Group team and across the businesses
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
Experience increasing productivity by driving efficiency of process, streamlining admin tasks, such as diary management, travel, and expenses.
A problem-solver mindset, always looking for ways to improve any area of the business across all stakeholders, whether that be overcoming communication and collaboration hurdles or identifying ways in which to improve efficiency and employee engagement.
A strong project management ability and be able to bring people together to help deliver key cross-functional tasks or projects across the Group.
