We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team administrator to oversee and streamline day-to-day operations. In this role, you will coordinate new listings, ensure marketing systems are executed effectively, and support the team with scheduling, communications, and critical deadlines. You will also be responsible for organizing and executing team events and client appreciation experiences, running and documenting team meetings, and maintaining systems and checklists to maximize efficiency. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourlyResponsibilities:

  • Managing and streamlining day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating new listings and following established marketing systems
  • Organizing and executing team events and client appreciation experiences

  • Following and refining systems and checklists for maximum efficiency
  • Supporting the team with scheduling, communications, and key deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing many moving parts in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural problem-solver who takes initiative
  • Able to follow systems while improving them
  • Experienced with Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM systems (an asset)
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive
