ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide calendar management for the C-Suite. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. Arranges meetings and conferences for the C-Suite, order food for events and meetings, and make travel and lodging arrangements directly or through travel agencies. Prepares agenda and attachments for meetings. Required to take minutes for executive meetings. Responsible for monitoring the Master Schedule of providers and day-to-day changes in the provider’s schedules. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials. Coordinates activities and events for staff. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma required. At least one to two years of related experience is required.
