WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide administrative support to the EVP, Chief Technology & Operations Officer. The EA will be tasked with performing a broad range of administrative duties including heavy calendaring and scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Individual will be required to build strong internal and external relationships and to act with a high level of diplomacy, discretion and maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental operations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain clear communication with Chief Technology & Operations Officer on a regular basis and provide updates as needed.
  • Manage highly complex scheduling and travel logistics.
  • Partner with C-Suite and executive admins across Travelers and external organizations to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with Communications and Strategy Office on pending projects, meetings, travel and events. Initiate and manage follow-up actions as needed.
  • Responsible for reviewing correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, notes and materials for meetings as needed.
  • Complete general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expenses, and completing meeting arrangements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
