Responsibilities

DISCOVER THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to seamlessly step into this maternity cover role, providing proactive and effective support to two senior leaders. The role requires someone who can take initiative, manage competing priorities, and keep pace with their busy schedules. Both leaders are approachable, professional, and value a collaborative partnership with their EA.
Due to start mid-September this role will include a handover at both the beginning and end of the contract. Due to the nature of the growing business, there may be opportunity for a permanent placement further down the line.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbox Management: Monitoring, prioritising, and drafting responses where appropriate.
  • Travel Coordination: Planning and booking extensive international travel, including itineraries and visa arrangements (via Travelperk).
  • Expense Management: Collating and reconciling monthly expenses for executives and direct reports.
  • Document Preparation: Creating PowerPoint presentations and reports.
  • Workflow prioritisation: Maintaining oversight of tasks and proactively flagging potential issues or conflicts.
  • Ad hoc Support: Providing additional administrative assistance as required.
