Security State Bank is hiring a Executive Assistant to the Chief Credit Officer to join our team in the Sheridan, Worland, or Basin branch location. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for the Chief Credit Officer, working closely with branch loan administrators. This position is responsible for projecting a professional company image through both telephone and in-person interactions.
This position will work out of the Sheridan, Worland, or Basin branch location.
Competitive wage starting at $22.50 per hour, DOE. Lending operations experience preferred but not required.
Job Purpose: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CCO. This position is responsible for composing and preparing correspondence, as well as organizing and managing extensive loan files and related documentation.
Preferred experience, knowledge, and training in lending operations and terminology, including knowledge of commercial, construction, real estate and consumer loan processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; present numerical data effectively.
  • Develop processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Exhibit accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Lead branch loan administer meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules/calendars.
  • Promote and respect employee, customer, and bank confidentiality.
  • Administration of lending software programs.
