Key Responsibilities Support the CEO in planning and monitoring the implementation progress of departmental plans, as well as executing strategic initiatives to ensure effective operations and business performance across the organization Assist in defining objectives, developing plans, and driving execution for various departments Work closely with the CEO, Branch Directors, and Functional Heads to coordinate and oversee daily operational and business activities Track and monitor the progress of company-wide targets and ensure alignment with overall goals Support budget planning and monitor operational expenditures Follow up on company events and represent the organization when required Prepare reports and deliver them to the CEO and relevant department heads Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business trips Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams as well as external partners Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO Interpretation & Translation: Provide real-time interpretation during meetings with international partners (English/Chinese) Translate documents, emails, contracts, and reports as required Support the CEO in communication and negotiations with international partners II. Requirements Advanced English proficiency (mandatory); Chinese is a strong advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Background or experience in logistics is preferred Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work under high pressure Flexible with working hours, willing to work beyond standard hours when required Willing to travel domestically and internationally Proficient in Microsoft Office III.
