We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team at Amaranté London (www.amarantelondon.com) a fast growing, socially focused luxury brand born this city!
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Executive Assistant to support the CEO and growing team as we lead the industry with bespoke luxury corporate events and special occasions.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in supporting our CEO in managing day-to-day operations and driving the success and growth of the business. This position requires a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements where necessary.
  • Assist with sales and project management tasks, including tracking progress, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences and events. Ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the CEO’s initiatives and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Support sales efforts by assisting in lead generation, preparing sales plans and managing clients communications.
  • Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, track sales activities and assist in managing sales pipelines.
  • Provide support in sales forecasting, reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and wider team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and industry trends to effectively support sales initiatives.
  • Maintenance of cloud-based information systems (including HubSpot & Asana).
