Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of Executive Assistant duties, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and scheduling appointments. You will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, CFO and members of the Executive team, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a seamless flow of communication. Day-to-day tasks will range from booking travel and drivers to managing meeting logistics and collating documentation for board paper drafts, requiring strong writing and formatting skills. Day to day management of front office staff is also involved and cover at reception desk if required. A high level of professionalism and discretion is essential, as you will be handling sensitive matters that come through the CEO’s office.
We are looking at a start date of no later than 24/27th of Sepember 2025.
