Overview:
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO, President, and Executive Team of Lake Ridge Bank by managing their schedules, communications, and projects. In addition, this role will be a main point of contact for all Shareholder Services related inquiries. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of business and personal matters.
Responsibilities:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services and bank operations.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Well-developed verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with the proven ability to exercise independent judgment in decision making.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point with the ability and willingness to learn new programs and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English well
Responsibilities
  • Partner effectively across all levels of the organization and develop positive working relationships.
  • Continually develop knowledge, skills, and abilities through internal and external training programs.
  • Participate in bank and department meetings.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.
