ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and contributing to the efficiency of our operations. You will be the go-to person for the executive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Communication management: Answering phones, managing emails and drafting correspondences on behalf of the executive
2) Document Preparations: Manager and prepare a documents as needed.
3) Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
4) Research: Be able to perform in-depth research on tasks assigned.
5) Personal Tasks: Handle personal tasks for the CEO as needed.
