Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (Technology Industry)
Location: Vancouver, Canada
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Asia time zone alignment)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, cautious and thorough in task execution.
  • Strong ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively on behalf of the CEO.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and widely used communication/collaboration tools (WeChat, WhatsApp, Lark, Line, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with variable working hours.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-paced technology company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to effectively interpret and execute the CEO’s instructions with precision. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to manage tasks across multiple communication platforms while working in a high-demand environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Interpret and execute CEO’s directives, communications, and priorities accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Manage digital communication channels (Microsoft Office, WeChat, WhatsApp, Lark, Line, and other apps as needed).
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company and personal matters.
