REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outstanding skills in organising, prioritising, scheduling, planning and coordinating work.
  • Essential problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • A proven track record in managing confidentiality, proven personal ethics and integrity.
  • Proven ability to create and work in a team-oriented multi-cultural environment.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Experience working at CEO level.
  • Agility, positivity and maturity.
  • Good knowledge of UK and International HR laws.
  • IT skills: Microsoft Suite, Sage HR, SAP Concur.
  • Our office is based in Andover, and as such, applicants must live within a 15/20 mile radius and be able to commute to the office .
  • We are unable to sponsor work visas for this position, and therefore applicants must be legally able to work in the UK.
Responsibilities

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the highest level of discretion in providing a comprehensive range of Executive Assistant support.
  • First point of contact for internal and external clients on CEO’s activities/events and independently handle sensitive communication/information flow.
  • Effectively manage calendar including scheduling appointments and meetings, and independently resolving conflicts.
  • Prepare draft emails and other correspondence for the CEO. Prepare key documents for signature, comments, decision, or action.
  • Organise and prepare relevant briefing or background materials for meetings.
  • Create and/or adapt presentations to be made by the CEO.
  • Organise and coordinate CEO’s travel, both domestically and internationally.
  • Organise and participate at monthly senior management meetings including agenda creation, minutes, and follow up.
  • Manage company insurance policies.
  • Assist CEO/General Manager with UK office facilities where required.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.
  • Encourage and maintain a high level of teamwork and a positive and cohesive work environment.
