We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who can work independently, adapt quickly, and bring strong organizational skills to the team. Retail experience is an asset, as this role involves supporting both day-to-day store operations and special projects as the business grows.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Assistant or in other administrative roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs is required. Familiarity with quickbooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with instagram and facebook is preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $36,019.83-$40,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence. Using Google sheets, Google Docs for data entry.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed by CEO.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing projects, initiatives, and special assignments, coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and provide updates to senior management.
  • Information Management: Maintain confidential information, files, records, and databases, ensure data accuracy, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Store Management: Oversee store operations, including supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, space management, and coordination of tasks.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, partners, and team members on behalf of the CEO.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations on industry trends, competitors, market analysis, and strategic insights.
  • Executive Support: Provide support to the CEO in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives, including liaising with senior staff.
