JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to CEO (Female) to support them in Operations Department.* This is a unique opportunity to grow in business operations, strategy, and executive leadership support within a global IT company.*

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1.5 - 2 years of experience in executive support, operations, or administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT (Tech related field), Business, or Communications.
  • Candidates should have good understanding of Information Technology (IT) concepts, tools, and industry practices.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Trello or Notion.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Confident personality and outspoken nature with can do attitude.
  • Willing to travel for meetings, workshops, and business events.
  • Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support to the Business Director/CEO: calendar, travel, meetings, follow-ups.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Coordinate with departments to track deliverables and KPIs.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and formal business documentation.
  • Support internal communications between Director and team members.
  • Attending onsite clients meetings globally.
  • Participate in strategy discussions and assist with business planning and reporting.
