We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to manage contracts, client accounts, and administrative processes. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth handling of renewals, payments, documentation, issue resolution, and supporting tender submissions and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in contracts administration, document control, or client account management (transport/logistics/service industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of contracts, tender processes, and payment follow-ups.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and tender portals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Manage 40–50 active contracts (renewals, documentation, compliance).
  • Act as first point of contact for client complaints and service issues.
  • Track payments, update accounts, and escalate overdue balances.
  • Review and control contracts, ensuring accurate filing systems.
  • Support tender submissions and coordinate with Sales for bids.
  • Maintain clear, professional client communication.
  • Prepare regular management reports.
  • Provide admin support to Sales & Operations.
