We’re hiring an entry-level personal and business assistant to support a hands-on female entrepreneur scaling multiple companies. This is a fast-paced, integrated partnership with a leader who believes in honesty, purpose, and performance. You’ll become the operational force behind her strategic output, ensuring every meeting, initiative, and opportunity is executed with precision.
We need someone reliable, adaptable, and comfortable switching between business and personal tasks. Some days you’ll be managing emails and scheduling; other days you’ll be running errands, coordinating travel, or helping prep for events and meetings. If you’re someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and enjoys keeping things on track, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Protect the Founder’s time by filtering requests and serving as the gateway to her schedule
  • Manage and prioritize calendars to align with the highest-impact opportunities
  • Handle emails, draft responses, and keep communication clear and professional
  • Coordinate and manage events, dinners, speaking engagements, and conferences
  • Organize travel and logistics with layered attention to detail
  • Run errands and assist with personal and professional tasks as needed
  • Keep projects moving by tracking tasks and following up without reminders
  • Anticipate needs before they arise and solve problems quickly
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as an Assistant (or similar role)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communicator, clear, direct, and professional
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable balancing both business and personal responsibilities
  • Flexible schedule; willing to adjust hours when needed
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools

Details

  • Location: Burlington, Ontario (in-person role)
  • Position: Full-time, hours vary depending on needs. Usually 8:30 am-4 pm, and are expected to be available evenings and weekends as needed
