Weezie is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO & Co-Founder. This position requires someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and operationally sharp, with strong instincts, attention to detail and a high level of discretion. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing the CEO’s time, streamlining day-to-day execution, and expanding her digital presence across social channels. What You’ll Do Executive Support (75%) Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar - centralize and coordinate scheduling requests from across the organization, prioritize meetings, manage reschedules and protect strategic work time Maintain a dynamic, prioritized to-do list ensuring CEO stays accountable to all deadlines and strategic priorities Build and manage the CEO’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn - plan and execute content calendars across channels including capturing and/or coordinating content, drafting posts, engaging with followers, etc. Monitor, organize and triage email communications - filter inbound requests, organize newsletters, draft responses and flag priority items Light execution support including compiling meeting notes, formatting assistance, filling out forms, drafting agendas, etc. Support meeting preparation - gather and share materials with CEO in advance, coordinate tech setup, and manage logistics like food/beverage, transportation or space Book and manage all travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries for the leadership team Run in-office errands and manage supply needs Personal Support (25%) Coordinate childcare calendars, schedule appointments, shop for the household, arrange travel, run personal errands, book reservations, etc. Who You Are 3+ years in a professional setting with outstanding references. It is a major plus if you have worked in an Executive Admin role previously. Exceptionally proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs ahead of time Tech-savvy and fluent in tools like Google Suite, Slack, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok Professional and composed, with excellent written communication and a high level of discretion Familiar and active on social media platforms Confident managing shifting priorities and communicating clearly under pressure Comfortable supporting both professional and personal admin in a high-accountability, high-trust environment What You Can Expect Hours: This role will start part-time at 32 hours a week, but could grow to full-time based on needs Hybrid schedule: work in person from Weezie’s Westside Provisions District office Tuesday–Thursday, and remote on Monday & Friday Time off: 10 paid holidays and 10 days PTO Generous Weezie product gift and discount for yourself, friends, and family A team that works hard but knows how to #enjoythestay Weezie is an Equal Opportunity Employer that participates in E-Verify.
