POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the keystone of the CFO’s office, you will engage in the orchestration of executive functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your role will encompass a myriad of responsibilities, from managing complex schedules to facilitating strategic communications, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a high-stakes environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An associate’s degree is required; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in senior executive support, governance coordination, or a related role with proven capabilities in managing high-level interactions.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a track record of drafting and editing high-stakes documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with Board portals.
  • Superior organizational skills and an aptitude for prioritizing tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
